Post breakfast check-out from the hotel & drive to Munnar. $$Enroute visit the Cheeyappara Waterfall cascades down (from a height of 1200 ft.) in seven steps. And Valara features a chain of waterfalls falling from a height of about 1000 feet and provide a magnificent view. $$Munnar is nestled in the Kannan Devan hills, with an average elevation of 1700 meters above sea level which provide a lush and serene setting. This panoramic hill station offers breathtaking views of low-flying clouds and foggy valleys, making it a charming little heaven with a pleasant climate ideal for vacations and honeymoons. $$If time permits, you will visit the tea plantations - The aroma of tea defines the air of Munnar. The lush greenery and vast belts of tea plantations comprise the landscapes of Munnar. (Optional – Tea Museum visit to know about the various stages of tea processing (remains closed on Mondays)) $$Later drive to Mattupetty Dam (Optional - Boat ride) near Sunmoon Valley, followed by a visit to Echo Point, Kundala Dam (Optional - Boat ride) and Blossom Park. $$Also proceed to visit the Eravikulam National Park (Note: Park remains shut from January to April, during these dates Park visits cannot be done but all other sightseeing tours shall be provided).
